So much more than a Yoga Retreat:

These women's only wellness retreats are highly therapeutic both mentally and physically. They are trauma sensitive and mindfully designed as creative outlets for all levels of artistry and physical capabilities. They are influenced by Alexander and Linklater Voice and Movement Techniques. We move slowly, with intent and intensity. All levels and ages welcome. During your time on retreat, you will be enjoying whole, healthy, and organic foods made mindfully by our chef, Megan Hoel. Each meal is seasonally created and is designed around fueling your yoga practice.

In addition to 3 homemade, organic meals per day, you’ll have the opportunity to attend 2 guided yoga & meditation classes daily. You’ll be  prompted to: Write. Swim. Sit by a fire. Hike. Paint. Draw. Soak in the hot tub. Dance. Befriend silence.
