15-Minute Reboot

We really have no idea what healing journey someone might be experiencing. Medical stress and complications don’t discriminate and “wellness” is extremely diverse and personal.

Motivated by her own health struggles, Jillian feels called to guide companies to use their well intended influence to help shatter the stigma, limitations and really the discrimination around wellness. 

The 15-minute reboot is a virtual all-inclusive wellness program. It is 15 minutes of science-supported, accessible breath, stretch and meditation that can be done at your desk. All students have unlimited access to live recordings and email correspondence with Jillian.

This program is for you if you are healing from a new injury; pregnant; living with a chronic illness or disability; or simply navigating the daily stressors of life in 2021 in an ever changing human body. It is specifically designed for all body types and physical abilities.

Office Yoga

Over 10 years ago Jillian started the Office Yoga program at the Metro LA office, offering yoga classes to its employees during lunch time. Jillian currently offers yoga programs at the NPR & Metro Los Angeles offices. Jillian speaks at annual health and wellness fairs at NPR, Metro, & JLL, guiding people on how to combat fatigue, carpal tunnel, and the importance of prioritizing mental health. She educates people on counter poses to combat habitual seated desk postures. For information on starting an office yoga program, please reach out to Jillian directly.
